a) Nematode diversity in the Gulf of Maine, U.S.A.
b) Development of an open, comprehensive and web-accessible relational database, NemaToL, as a reference tool for the identification, characterization and phylogenetic relationship of nematodes.
c) Establishing an image capturing system for an accessible database, NemaToL.

March 2001-July 2002: Post-doctoral researcher at Institute of Cell, Animal and Population Biology, University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.

A. Teaching:

Duties: Included designing, assessing and evaluating courses and syllabus, lecturing, conducting and supervising practicals, organizing and executing field trips, supervising student teachers, preparing and administering exams, and correcting laboratory and field reports and exam and term papers.
