DNA and RNA based libraries are created using a number of different kit types. HCGS primarily uses Illumina and NEB kits, however, other kits and custom protocols can be accommodated. If you are interested in kits/protocols that are not shown on the pricing list, please contact us at HCGS@unh.edu. Please note that each library type has individual requirements for sample submission in addition to the general sample submission requirements found below.
